The Human Capital Gateway aims to provide effective integration of information on data, policy and research relating to all stages of the development and mobilisation of human capital where human capital is defined as “… the knowledge, skills, competencies and attributes embodied in individuals that facilitate the creation of personal, social and economic well-being.” OECD
